Controller and converter
Motor control unit is AC motor controllers are of great safety, stability, high efficiency, low noise and easy installation. The series adopt globally leading technology of vector control, with DSP main control chip of TI brand, ensure the motor run smoothly in different operation modes. Besides, the following advanced technologies are applied: Intelligent torque control technology, efficient and reliable regenerative braking technology, high torque/current flux-weaken control technology, hill-start and anti-slip technology, Proprietary input/output ports, proper fault diagnosis technology, CAN2.0 communication technology, etc. These technologies ensure the stable performance and high efficiency of the entire control system. AC motor controllers with complete protection measures, in addition to Conventional Protection Functions, there was: Over-current Protection, Power Supply Anti-reverse Connection Function, Anti-misoperation, Anti-over-voltage/temperature, Charging Protection, High-pedal Protection, Gear Protection Functions, There are also Encoder Disconnection Protection, Output Phase-loss Protection, Stall Protection, Output Short Circuit Protection, etc.After encoder disconnected, it can automatically switch to open-loop vector operation, making electric vehicles safer and more reliable! Motor parameter automatic adaptation (auto-tuning) technology can quickly adapt to any manufacturer's motor, with greater flexibility. It IP rate is IP66 and cools through air
The DC-DC converter in an EV acts as a bridge between the high-voltage traction battery and the low-voltage auxiliary systems, ensuring efficient power delivery, voltage regulation, and safety. Without it, the low-voltage systems in the vehicle would not function properly, and the overall performance and safety of the EV would be compromised. Input Voltage between 50 and 102V and output voltage is 13.5V±0.5V. Input and output current are 9A(full loading) and 0 to 35A. Its operating frequency and temperature are 100KHz and 90 degrees. The converter efficiency is 85% and waterproof level is IP67.
